• Before working with Valentina I was a bit frazzled with family, school,

  • I was feeling like I was in a bit of a rut with my health choices.  Not paying attention to what I was eating especially when eating out.  The coaching sessions gave me a lot of insight as to what I was doing to myself and showed me I actually have discipline.  Also, was experiencing some knee pain and you gave me some great solutions to manage it. Working with you was great, I felt comfortable and safe speaking with you. I lost a couple of pounds, and I feel better about
    myself. An insight that I gained was that I have discipline, lol, who knew? I say anyone would benefit from your awesome coaching and wonderful insight.

  • I enjoyed my time with Valentina. She brought an open yet private atmosphere that allowed me to feel comfortable talking and expressing my deepest feelings. I not only was able to talk to her but able to functionally mentally process what I already knew inside. Valentina’s advice and support allowed me to look at some situations in a different manner that was more positive. Valentina was able to help me break some of my negative thinking and remember I am in control of my actions only.
